FAQ

Why is the AQI high even after using the purifier?

The AQI may remain high if the filters are dirty or clogged, so regular cleaning is essential. Ensure the purifier is placed in an open area with good airflow and not too close to walls or furniture. Air contaminants like perfume, candles, cooking fumes, or smoke can temporarily raise the AQI, so avoid using strong-scented products near the purifier for accurate readings. Keeping windows and doors closed prevents outdoor pollutants from affecting indoor air quality. If pollution levels are high, let the purifier run continuously in Auto Mode for better results.

It’s stuck on ‘C’ cleaning indicator, how do I fix it?

The 'C' indicator means the filters need cleaning. Turn off and unplug the purifier before removing the filters. Wash the Pre-Filter and TPA® Plasma Filter with water, ensuring they dry completely before reinstalling. To reset the ‘C’ indicator, press and hold the reset button or follow the manual’s instructions.

How often should I clean the filters?

Clean the Pre-Filter every 2 weeks to remove dust buildup. Rinse the TPA® Plasma Filter with water once a month and let it dry completely before reinserting. Clean the Carbon Filter every 6, depending on air quality and usage frequency.
